How to Connect E - Mail

Log in to your MetoCRM account.
Press "System Settings" at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
Navigate to "General Settings" within the "System Settings" menu.
Enter "3rd Party Integrations" within "General Settings."
Click on "Add new Email" in the Chat Email SMTP section.
On the opened screen, enter the SMTP and IMAP information for the email address you want to connect to the system.
Note: In the fields labeled "Password," you should enter the application password instead of your email account password.
!! After completing the steps, be sure to test the connection to ensure everything is working correctly.
